I have had the privilege to work with the girls from Mildred Magazine on their "Chowing Down" section.
We recently shot at Gazi owned by chef George Calombaris. Its a beautiful inspiring space which reflects onto the exceptional dishes served. My favourite dish on the menu is the "Bend Over Box" which is a take on the Bento Box that is served on a backgammon board.
